We hope to be taking a minibus from Withdean at 10.30am sharp. It is obviously not far to get to Worthing but watch out for heavy traffic in Brighton and on A27. It is the start of the Brighton Festival of Sport at Preston Park that day and traffic in central Brighton should be heavy.

Sunday 29th June the club are hosting a training open day at Withdean - come down to train or chat to and help potential athletes. Details on http://www.takepartbrightonandhove.com/howdoitakepart.html

On Sunday 7th July the Parkrun team host a special 5km timetrial on Hove seafront. All welcome. Sign up for FREE and get details at www.parkrun.com.
